Macy Ham enters her first season in 2025–26 as an assistant coach with the Motlow State Bucks softball program. Ham contributes to all aspects of player development, recruiting, and program culture, bringing a high-level playing background and a commitment to excellence to the Bucks.
Ham is a graduate of Harding University, where she built an exceptional collegiate career. She was named a CCA All-American in 2024 and earned All-Conference honors three times, achievements that highlight her consistency, leadership, and competitive standard on the field. Her experience as a decorated student-athlete shapes her ability to mentor Motlow players and elevate their performance.
Following the close of her collegiate playing career at Harding, Ham joined the Motlow coaching staff, bringing her player-first approach and competitive drive directly into the program. She is recognized for her energy, communication skills, and dedication to developing complete student-athletes on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
Ham is excited to begin her coaching career at Motlow and looks forward to contributing to the Bucks’ continued growth and success.
